NSE gets Sebi’s approval to shift its expiry day to Tuesday, BSE gets Thursday

The National Stock Exchange (NSE) on Tuesday said that it has received capital market regulator Sebi’s approval to shift its expiry day to Tuesday for equity derivatives contracts. The BSE has also got a go-ahead to continue with Thursday as its expiry day. This marks a swap from the current schedule, where NSE conducts F&O (Futures & Options) expiry on Thursdays and BSE on Tuesdays.
